That’s exactly what I do — blend the best of both worlds so you can walk out feeling renewed and truly cared for.

What you want is important, and that’s why I take the time to understand it and explain how we can achieve it, so we’re always on the same page. Every service is customized to meet you where you are that day, whether you need deep tissue work, a full-body reset, or a calming escape from stress.

My spa is a peaceful, safe place where you can step away from the noise, recharge fully, and leave feeling your best.

Cancellation policy-

• Notice must be given 48 hours before your scheduled appointment times. If notice is given within 48 hours or you no show your appointment you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your appointment.
• Prepaid appointments are allowed 1 reschedule within 2 weeks of their original appointment time or they will be charged 50% of the full cost of the scheduled service.
• Same day cancellations or arriving 20 minutes after your scheduled start time is considered a no show".

Rescheduling policy-

• Prepaid appointments are allowed 1 reschedule within 2 weeks of their original appointment time or they will be charged 50% of the full cost of the scheduled service.
• Notice of reschedule must be given at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If notice is given within 48 hours your will be charged 50% off the full cost of the scheduled service.

Late policy-

• You agree to communicate via text at the listed business phone number (206-799-4303) if you are running late.
• You will still be charged for the original service scheduled and will only be given the remaining time of that service.
• If you are more than 20 minutes late the service will be considered a no show and you will be charged 50% of the full cost of the scheduled service.

Fee collection policy-

• If your service is prepaid you will be charged 50% of the full cost of the service and the remaining amount will be refunded via original payment method.
• If your service wasn't prepaid, you will receive a invoice for 50% of the full cost of service. If this invoice isn't paid actions will be handled accordingly and will be asked not to return.
• For prepaid packages of services the same rules apply. So you will lose 50% of the cost of a single session out of your package.

All services are 100% professional services. I have the right to end a service at anytime if I am feeling uncomfortable for any reason.
Calmed Soul Holistic Spa has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these terms and policies.
