Massage Therapy is my passion! Nothing is more joyful than supporting people restore balance within their body. This can be defined in many different ways, for different people. Regardless of your goal, I am honored to be part of this process. 

Nagging ache in shoulders or neck? Long-term issues with your shoulder mobility and pain? Hips feeling stiff and tight? Plantar fasciitis? Pain from working at your computer? Aches and pains preventing you from enjoying your normal work out routines? Life happens, massage can get you back to feeling balanced and pain free again. Our muscles are all connected to bone, this makes up our musculoskeletal system which is what allows us to move and work within the world. Massage therapy helps restore range of motion, increase circulation to help us heal, and reduce stress and anxiety which is often a barrier to healing. 

Massage can also be extremely impactful helping people recover from a traumatic experience. Trust, communication, and a nurturing environment can open the door for someone struggling to heal from these experiences. I am here to support you on in this process.

Thursday: 8am-12pm

********Cancellations: 24 or more hours required at no charge. Less than 24 hours, full payment will be required (unless due to illness or emergency). Please note: repeated (more than 3 cancellations in 6 mos due to illness/emergency) will result in request for full payment.

Payments: I accept cash, check, Venmo and credit cards, you may also pre-pay when booking online. 

I also accept HSA cards. 

You may seek reimbursement from your insurance, I am happy to provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance for this purpose.
