I was attracted to bodywork as a way to help people naturally with their pain and stressful lives. When it seems like people are given a pill for every ill,  I knew there had to be a safer, more natural way.  I believe in living a holistic toxin-free lifestyle as much as possible and am honored to be able to offer my clients natural pain and stress relief.  I specialize in Bowen Therapy, Lomilomi, Deep Tissue and Prenatal massage.  I've been licensed in massage therapy for over 14 years and practicing as a birth doula for 12 years while raising my family of 4 children.
