I am best known for effectively using a combination of Swedish strokes and neuromuscular techniques, which have had lasting effects toward pain relief and improved body function in many of my clients.   I continue to educate and refresh myself in these techniques through hands-on classes and literature to further my goals of helping people find great relief through excellent bodywork.

I am so grateful for the opportunities I have had during my career so far to assist my clients toward healing and reducing pain.  And I am look forward to continuing this trend for years to come!
