Allison specializes in working with individuals suffering from chronic pain, trigger points, restricted fascia, hyper-mobility, and lymphatic drainage issues. With a caring and empathetic heart, she uses her research mentality to dive deeper into her clients’ problem areas to figure out the best ways to treat them as individuals. 
She graduated from Cedar Stone School of Massage in May of 2026. There, she received special training in hot stone massage. Before attending Cedar Stone, Allison graduated from The College of William & Mary where she double majored in Art & Psychology. She then worked in outreach for The Amato Clinic - Chiropractic Care for eight years until she decided to learn a holistic healing modality of her own.
When she’s not treating clients, Allison can be found creating art. She’s a woodcut printmaker and enjoys many other mediums. Allison loves to sing, and is the vocalist for a local, original rock band. She also loves animals - her cats are her world!
