I am a licensed massage therapist in Virginia. I provide fresh sheets and a blankets for privacy and warmth. 

Inclement Weather

I prioritize the safety of clients and realizes there are situations caused by inclement weather. Should this occur during a client's scheduled appointment, they will be contacted via phone call, text, or email to reschedule. I ask that clients contact me via text to reschedule as soon as possible, if they are unable to come in due to extreme weather.

Cancellations

I understand and respect the hectic schedules of clients. When given sufficient notice, appointments may be moved, or accommodations may be made. Please understand that operating hours are limited, and I am often booked in advance. There is no charge for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance. If a client must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, they will be charged in full for the session. Communication is important and will be taken into consideration.

No-Show

In the event that you fail to show up for your appointment without giving notice you will be charged the full amount for the session.  Future appointments cannot be booked until the balance is paid. I reserve the right to refuse future services after a no call/show. No call/no showing two times will result in future appointments not be available.
