Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. We kindly ask for advanced notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. We also require a credit card on file to book appointments.

Credit Card Policy:

• To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card to be placed on file and deposit paid at the time of booking for all new clients. Appointments will be automatically canceled if a credit card is not added within 48 hours of booking.

Cancellation Window:

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.

No Shows are subject to the entire appointment fee and will require full prepayment for future services.

We understand that emergencies can arise. We will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis for documented illness or emergencies.
