Self care is the current buzz word right now.  But in its essence, self care is showing up for yourself so you can show up for others.  We all have busy lives today, with multiple hats that we put on and off all throughout the day - But let's not forget ourselves.   When we give to ourselves, whether its quiet time to read a book, for a walk, take bath or get a massage or facial we are filling an invisible bucket that only we can feel.  When that bucket is full and pouring over we are radiating with true self love and are in a position to help those around us. 

I would love to share my passion for massage and wellness and my 22 years of experience to provide you with therapeutic results which stay with you long after you leave your session.  I have thoughtfully crafted each service to give you the highest therapeutic result, while creating a unique experience personalized for you. 

My office is located in the Great Neck area at 2416 Virginia Beach Boulevard, Suite 201.  Please feel free to click on the "Services  & Rates" page to learn more about the various styles of massage therapy that I offer and prices.  For you convenience, you may pay in cash, credit card payment apps (Venmo, Cashapp) and Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account credit cards!  You can even purchase a gift certificate online for instant printing or emailing or I can present you with a physical gift certificate for giving.   There is no better time than the present to take care of yourself and others.
