Adorina is a Sam Houston State University alumna, earning her BFA in Dance with a minor in Biology in 2013. Prior to SHSU, she trained for seven years with City Ballet of Houston and brings over 20 years of disciplined movement experience to her work.
After graduating, she pursued massage therapy at Texas Health School, where she began merging her artistic foundation with clinical application. Her extensive dance background gives her a refined understanding of biomechanics, alignment, and muscle integration — not just individually, but as interconnected movement systems.
Early in her career, Adorina practiced traditional spa massage. Over time, however, her passion shifted toward performance-based and corrective bodywork. With over 10 years of hands-on experience, she now specializes in working with athletes and active individuals who want more than relaxation — they want results.
Her sessions integrate deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, and strategic body movement assessments — a systematic evaluation of joint mobility, muscular balance, IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) tools, and compensation patterns — to identify root causes rather than simply treating symptoms.
Her approach is precise, intentional, and performance-driven, focused on restoring efficient movement, building resilience, and keeping clients strong, capable, and training at their highest level.
