Interstellar Wellness Group provides Advanced Therapeutic Bodywork to the Greater Houston Metro Area. Our practice is now located inside Flawless Aesthetics & Wellness in Friendswood, a full service Medical Spa Collective offering skincare, tox/injectables, permanent makeup, weight loss services, lashes, tanning, and so much more.

Our massage therapy practice is NOT a typical spa service focused on relaxation or pampering... here, we focus on chronic pain management, addressing gait and mobility issues, and assisting amateur and professional athletes with performance improvement. Our primary therapeutic modalities we offer are Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Medical Massage, Myofascial Release, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Lymphatic Drainage, Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage (coming soon), and Facilitated Stretching. We strive to develop bodywork treatment plans for our patients to meet unique pain management needs and help reduce symptoms FAST.

We offer FREE in-clinic consultations for any new patients that would like to meet the therapist and discuss any unique medical history to see if we may be a good fit for you! 

We are also one of Houston’s only Ehlers-Danlos Aware (“Zebra Friendly”) Wellness Clinics, and we collaborate our care with other healthcare professionals to take a more integrated approach to massage and bodywork.
