I am a well-practiced Therapist and Massage Tutor who has stuck around at the Avalon School of Massage for the extended program, for developing my own education, CEUs and assisting the other students. Due to my approach I've quickly amassed hundreds of practice hours and kinesiology practice, which has allowed me to see firsthand how varying modalities affect the body, and tailor sessions to address neuromuscular dysfunction, hypertonicity and bloodflow and nerve restrictions due to sustained sarcomere contraction. I've also been learning about the meridians, which has helped greatly with locating trigger points and performing acupressure mobilization. I have been given the opportunity to rent rooms through Avalon, so I am able to take clients and have my own practice, as well as see a few regulars in the mornings. I also work at Massage Heights which I intend to slowly leave as I build clientele, so the hours can be extended! I also have a table and a chair and can do home visits.
