Hi there! My name is David Berumen, and I’m a licensed massage therapist and long‑time Fort Worth local. I was born in California but have proudly called Texas home since 2004. My journey into massage therapy began in 2024 when I enrolled in the massage program at Tarrant County College. Although I stepped away halfway through, I quickly realized I had made a premature decision. The work came naturally to me, I excelled in my classes, and the encouragement from my instructors stayed with me.
With a renewed sense of purpose, I returned to complete the program and graduated in October 2025. I passed the MBLEX that November and soon after began my career as an LMT at Hand & Stone, where I’ve been practicing since December 2025. My time there has allowed me to deepen my knowledge, refine my techniques, and grow both personally and professionally.
In every session, my goal is to understand and support my clients’ needs—whether that means helping them meet their goals in a single visit or working together to create a plan for long‑term improvement. Massage therapy has always felt like a calling for me, and I’m grateful every day that I chose to return, finish my training, and step fully into a profession that feels so aligned with who I am.
