Formerly a Spanish teacher, Amy graduated from Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in 2023. Yoga and massage have helped Amy understand the effects of stress on the body. Eliminating stress and listening to one’s body is key to good health, and Amy is on a mission to help others benefit from bodywork and yoga as much as she has. She recently became certified in Zero Balancing (ZB), which works with the intersection of structure and energy and is excellent for reducing stress. She has also been trained in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal, manual lymphatic drainage, sports, and orthopedic massage. Amy provides therapeutic, intentional touch that facilitates the regeneration of the body and soothes the soul.
