She offers more than 16 years of education and experience. Her journey began officially in 2008 with Yoga Fit® teacher trainings where she worked with special populations, she then completed her Integrative Yoga Therapist practicioner training in 2013 while pregnant with her twins, and in 2015 she became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Rachel never stops learning and has received further trainings, a degree in Kinesiology, and certifications in various modalities related to Health Sciences, Massage, Yoga, movement, and mental health to better understand her clients and work with them as their needs change.
