Welcome!
After two knee surgeries and physical therapy I found that massage therapy was one of the best ways to help alleviate my pain and relax my nervous system. Upon realizing this I decided I wanted to know more about how massage could be a way to help heal myself and others. My massage career started in 2015 and I have been enjoying all that there is to learn about anatomy and how the mind and body work since then. Being able to help people find relief from pain, get mobility back, and just overall let go of any stress that their body is holding onto is what drives me and brings me joy to know I am being of service.
My goal as a massage therapist is to be able to put together a plan to help you feel balanced and find more freedom in your day to day movement. I enjoy using multiple modalities such as body mobilization, myofascial, trigger point, firm Swedish, or deep tissue.
Outside of Massage I am also a certified yoga and barre instructor and find that these teachings meld well with my massage practice. Educating clients on how they can strengthen, stretch, and move their bodies in a way that helps on a day to day basis.
