A native of the middle Tennessee area, I started my career as a licensed Massage Therapist in 1997 after attending Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in Brentwood TN. The following year, I helped establish Blue River Day Spa, which was regularly voted as one of the top spas in the area until it closed in 2012. After a long career detour into accounting and real estate, I returned to massage therapy part time striving to know, listen  and empower clients to find healing. My approach is a combination of modalities - Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic, Reiki, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy and more - to provide what my clients need for that day  and season of their life. ​ When not practicing massage, you can find me teaching real estate at Parks Real Estate, showing homes, or spending as much time as I can with my family - at sports games, plays, concerts, playing basketball in the backyard, building a fire or hanging out  with friends.
