I’m Paula Scheftic, a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2015. Always learning more ... in the different modalities of therapeutic massage. My passion for helping people with their pain ... is from my own personal life's recovery from injuries, health problems ... which lead me on this wellness journey.  Seeking Doctors, Holistic health care, Chiropractic care, Physical therapy along with going to massage school and learning more.    That experience taught me how the physical body, injuries, and emotions, get storied body from traumas. Trying to work your job with and manage the pain isn't easy. Unlocking the pain in your body ... it's like Magic when you feel better after leaving my office. You feeling better, brings me Joy.

I am going to listen to you, ask you questions on what you tried to relieve your pain, tension, or stress, what medicine or supplements you may be using, and customized treatments to meet your unique needs and pain tolerance. It's been a constant learning and researching what works, I keep notes. My services include:

• Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, MyoZen Thai Techniques and Trigger Point Therapy to release deep tension, used for therapeutic, medical, and sports recovery.
• Swedish Massage for relaxation or Prenatal care.

I am a proud graduate of Morrisville State College, where I earned my Associate’s Degree in Applied Science of Massage Therapy and graduated on the Dean’s List. I am licensed in both New York and Tennessee and insured through the American Massage Therapy Association.
