I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2019, specializing in energetic bodywork with an emphasis on chronic pain relief. 
My passion for bodywork stems from my personal experience with chronic pain and the benefit of therapeutic touch on my physical and mental wellbeing.
Prior to becoming an LMT, my career as a consultant in the Nutrition and Wellness industry provided me with significant knowledge that continues to influence the way I live, work, and interact. 
After working in a spa for 6 years, I have transitioned to a simplified, solo practice to allow myself to be fully present with my clients in a safe, welcoming, and empathetic space. 
Bodywork is more than just massage; it is system-focused therapy that involves body awareness, movement education, and energy balancing. My intent is to facilitate healing that has a lasting impact, whether it is rehabilitative or preventative.
