My path into bodywork didn’t start in a spa — it started with physical work, an active lifestyle, and dealing with my own aches, injuries, and tightness over the years.
I’ve worked physically demanding jobs, spent years working outdoors, and stay active through biking, snowboarding, and other outdoor activities. Like a lot of people, I started dealing with tightness, pain, and physical issues that started to affect how I felt day to day. Massage, movement, and bodywork made a huge difference for me, and that experience is what led me to this field.
I am a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher and have training in meditation, movement, and body awareness. My work focuses on functional massage, mobility, and recovery — helping people move better, hurt less, and keep doing the things they enjoy. Many of my clients have physical jobs, active lifestyles, or chronic tightness and are looking for maintenance and recovery, not just relaxation.
In addition to hands-on bodywork, I am also a certified Marconics practitioner and offer no-touch energy sessions for clients looking for nervous system support, stress reduction, and overall balance.
My goal is simple: help people take care of their bodies so they can keep working, keep moving, and keep doing the things they enjoy for years to come.
