My path to massage therapy wasn't a traditional one. Before becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, I spent years working in engineering, where precision, problem-solving, and attention to detail were essential every day. That experience shaped the way I approach massage therapy today.
Engineering taught me to look beyond symptoms and understand how individual parts work together as a system. I bring that same mindset into every session, carefully assessing posture, movement patterns, muscle tension, and daily habits to help identify the underlying contributors to discomfort and stress.
At TAKE Massage Therapy, my goal is to create more than just relaxation. The name TAKE represents the values that guide my practice: Take Time, Allow Healing, Know Your Posture, and Ease Tension. Every session is designed to be thoughtful, personalized, and focused on helping clients move, feel, and function at their best.
As a busy father of four, I understand firsthand how life's demands can take a toll on the body and mind. That's why I strive to provide a space where clients can slow down, reset, and invest in their well-being. By combining an engineer's attention to detail with a therapist's commitment to care, I help clients experience meaningful results while enjoying a calm, welcoming environment.
Whether you're seeking relief from everyday tension, recovering from physical strain, or simply taking time for yourself, I'm committed to helping you feel your best—one session at a time.
