I've spent more than 26 years working with the human body, and one of the greatest things this work has taught me is that no two people need exactly the same thing.
Some days the body needs focused therapeutic work. Sometimes it needs movement, stretching, or recovery. Sometimes it simply needs a quiet place to slow down. My role is to listen, pay attention, and create a session around what you need that day.
I've had the opportunity to work with executives, athletes, active professionals, and people from all different backgrounds. Those experiences have taught me to look beyond where something hurts and consider the bigger picture—how you move, how you live, what your body is being asked to do, and how it responds to treatment.
I opened The Restoration Room because I wanted to create a space where bodywork could be both deeply therapeutic and genuinely restorative. A place without rushing, distractions, or a one-size-fits-all approach.
After all these years, I'm still fascinated by the body and by the small changes that can make a meaningful difference in how someone feels.
That's what keeps me doing this work.
For those who expect more from their body.
