Cancelations

We reserve appointment times especially for you. To provide the highest level of service to all guests, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy.

• We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, respectfully.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 100% service fee.
• No‑show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to avoid delaying the next guest.
• If we are unable to accommodate the service due to late arrival, it will be considered a late cancellation and fees may apply.

Courtesy Reminders

• We provide appointment reminders by email and text on file as a courtesy. However, it is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment time.

Payments

• Prefer: Cash/Check/Venmo   
• Accept: Credit, with 3% convenience fee/surcharge "TAX" at checkout. All sales final.
