I went to school for massage because I needed a slower-paced career that, I can control my time with. What I ended up with is the love for healing! I love how massage helps in so many ways. 

My services are Therapueutic Massages, which is goal-oriented bodywork. Instead of just relaxing the muscles, I work on specific areas of pain, tension, or limited movement. I use techniques like trigger point therapy, myofacial release, lymphatic drainage, MET, and assisted strecthing to release knots, improve mobility, and supports your body’s natural healing. My cancellation policy is…. IF you have to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment for any reason, there will be a 60% fee of the total service cost. If you no-show the appointment it is 100% of the total service fee.
