To perform at my best, I need time to completely disconnect from my business. So, I will not be answering my phone calls or text messages for the entire week. I will answer them when I do get back into the office. If you want to book your next appointment it is best to do it online here on my website. Thank you and I will see you when I get back!

You can schedule a 60, 90 or 120 minute massage! I specialize in myofascial and neuromuscular techniques. Your massage will be tailored to your needs. I will do my best to help you get to your wellness goals, even if it's only relaxation!

No cash on site, only Card Payments accepted through Square. You can also prepay online.

Please hydrate before your massage session. Please keep my office scent neutral. If you are sick, taking antibiotics, or have been vaccinated in the last 24 hours, please hydrate and reschedule. Your safety is high in my priorities and a massage during any of these situations can make you worse.

My sessions are ethical and are only provided for relaxation and wellness purposes.
