Kathleen Hauf - LMT
Kathleen discovered her passion for massage therapy at a very young age—so young, in fact, that at four years old she created her first “Massage: a penny a minute” sign for her dad. While her rates have changed since then, her natural gift for healing touch has remained constant.

Kathleen graduated from Health Choices in 1998 and specializes in integrated massage, blending techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage, and myofascial release. With decades of experience, she tailors each session to support relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness.
