This new name reflects our growth and our commitment to supporting your wellness journey in even more meaningful ways. In the coming months, we'll be moving upstairs to Suite 300 on the 3rd floor of our current building to better serve you in a refreshed, inspiring space.

With over 15 years of experience in massage and bodywork, I’ve developed a highly customized approach designed to meet each client’s unique needs. My deep tissue foundation is blended with sports, orthopedic, trigger point, myofascial, and therapeutic techniques to create a personalized “cocktail” session that delivers real results. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from activity, or looking to improve mobility, my goal is to provide clear communication, build trust, and create a safe, relaxing environment. Every session is tailored to target specific concerns while restoring balance, movement, and overall well-being.

With over a decade of experience, I offer more than just massage—I offer a journey into deep relaxation, energetic balance, and personal renewal. My approach blends the fluidity of Swedish massage, the precision of deep tissue work, the detoxifying power of lymphatic drainage, and the gentle energy of Reiki.
