Kendra (she/her) is a Biomechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), Strength Coach, Yoga Teacher , Running Coach and Student Massage Therapist. Kendra's 20 years of experience teaching in training clients all over New York City - and eventually the world - all began with a deep curiosity about the human body. This curiosity and love of learning informs Kendra’s method of training, which focuses on alignment, proper form and corrective exercise to help her clients live pain free. Always a student at heart, education has offered Kendra the platform for mastery of her work and unparalleled attention to detail. A Licensed Massage Therapist, a graduate of Dr. Sarah Duvall's Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Program, The BioMechanics Method, Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Yoga Works and certified by ACE, Kendra has completed extensive complimentary education in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology for movement professionals as well as corrective exercise, injury prevention and rehabilitation, sports coaching. As a lifelong learner, Kendra is relentless in refining my methods, combining the latest science with mindfulness to create truly personalized solutions for every client.
