Notion Therapeutics was established in June of 2025 by me, Briana Driscoll. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since September of 2024. After years of lacking a sense of fulfilment in my previous career, I decided to take a leap and start a massage program back in 2023. It didn't take long before I realized this was the path I am meant to be on. I truly LOVE massage therapy and believe that it is an integral part of our health and wellness. It is so important that we take care of ourselves and set aside time to truly let go and relax, even if it's only just an hour. Massage therapy is a great way to help deal with chronic pain, regulate our nervous system responses, and help lower cortisol (stress) levels. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time creating art, attending music events, and spending time in nature. I also enjoy attending yoga classes and related holistic wellness events. I enjoy time with family and friends, and try my best to practice presence, awareness, and gratitude. 

I hope to meet and work with people who are looking for a massage therapist they can trust to deliver a service that is specifically tailored to their body's individual needs, leaving them feeling more relaxed, grounded, and more connected to themselves.

MASSAGE SERVICE GUIDELINES AND EXPECTATIONS:

• All clients will be treated with respect and dignity. Personal and professional boundaries will be respected at all times.
• Clients must provide an accurate health history and agree to inform their therapist of any updates or changes in their health/medical condition.
• Clients with a contageous condition should call to reschedule their appointment until after their condition has resolved.
• Clients with signs and symptoms of an active systemic or localized infection should call to reschedule their appointment.
• Client privacy and confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
• Clients are expected to be clean and have showered prior to receiving a massage service.
• All clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet at all times during the massage session. Only the area(s) of the body that are currently being worked on will be exposed. The genital area is never exposed or massaged.
• Only professional massage and bodywork services for relaxation or therapeutic purposes are offered. Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language. A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled session is still required.
