Hello, I began my career with desire to help people live their best lives: regain function, be active 

and independent. I have practiced as a Physical Therapist Assistant for over 20 years, in 2021 I became a Licensed Massage Therapist and in 2023 I became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. I approach each massage session with the whole person in mind addressing muscle, soft tissue, joint, fascia and lymphatic systems and the key ingredient is you: your concerns, your past medical history and your in the moment feedback; with taking all of this into consideration then a meaningful and productive session can be done.
