I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2009, and I believe every body deserves thoughtful, personalized care. My approach is intuitive and intentional, blending therapeutic techniques with a soothing, relaxing experience tailored to what you need that day.

I specialize in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Glass-Fired Cupping, Prenatal Massage, and Soothing Stone Massage. Whether you’re looking to release built-up tension, ease sore muscles, support your changing body during pregnancy, or simply carve out time to relax, my goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and at ease.
