Heather Hall, LMT, is the owner of Body OverHALL, LLC.  She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005, and was a personal trainer for over 20 years.  Heather is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through therapeutic massage, corrective exercise and stretching, and movement education.  She has the knowledge to help her clients incorporate the necessary components, such as specific stretches and exercises, to enhance and prolong the effects and benefits of the massage session. Heather provides Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular and TMJ/Intra-oral Massage Services.
