About Betty Anne
Why I Started This Practice
I opened Tryon Therapeutic Massage because I wanted to create a space where people could finally slow down, breathe, and feel truly cared for. From the beginning of my massage career, it was clear that so many people were carrying tension, pain, emotional stress, and the weight of constant busyness. I wanted to offer more than a temporary escape — I wanted to offer real relief.
This practice grew from that intention: a warm, welcoming place where your comfort, healing, and well-being are always the priority.
How My Work Helps
My sessions are designed to help with the issues most people face today — tight shoulders from computer work, low back pain, chronic stress, physical fatigue, old injuries that keep resurfacing, and that feeling of being “out of balance” in your own body.
Whether you’re overwhelmed, hurting, recovering, or simply needing a moment of quiet, I help bring your body back to a place where it can relax, heal, and function better.

I tailor each massage to what you need most, blending techniques as needed to help you feel real, lasting change. Services include:
