In order to provide efficient and timely service, you will be asked to pay a deposit fee to equal half of the total service fee when you schedule your initial appointment.  The remaining fee will be due at the time of service. This deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at Andrea.h.punch@gmail.com. 

New clients may be asked to have a brief phone/video consultation prior to the appointment to determine if you are a good candidate for massage services. Please note that not all clients may qualify. To ensure safety, professionalism, and the best therapeutic outcome, all appointments are subject to review and approval. If it is determined that a session is not an appropriate fit, the appointment may be declined. Any fees paid in advance for declined appointments will be fully refunded.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and nonredeemable for cash. Appointments booked using a gift certificate require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice or missing the appointment will result in 50% of the session cost being automatically deducted from the gift certificate balance.

All gift certificates expire 1 year from purchase date.
