In order to provide efficient and timely service, you will be asked to pay a deposit fee to equal half of the total service fee when you schedule.  The remaining fee will be due at the time of service. Gift certificates are non-refundable and nonredeemable for cash. Appointments booked using a gift certificate require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice or missing the appointment will result in 50% of the session cost being automatically deducted from the gift certificate balance.

All gift certificates expire 1 year from purchase date.
