Individually customized Massage Therapy and Reiki sessions aimed to relax muscle tension, reduce aches and pains, and to calm the nervous system.  My goal is to help you have more mobility and have a reduced sensation of pain and to help alleviate stress by regulating the nervous system to create more balance within the mind/body/spirit connection.

I have been in the spa and wellness community for over 10 years.  I began my massage career straight out of massage school at The Spa at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2018 and I have recently been introducing more knowledge about Reiki to my skill set since 2025.  I am a certified Reiki Practitioner with attunements in Usui Reiki Advanced Reiki Training (ART level 3) and I am also attuned to Karuna Reiki® I&II.  

I offer a blend of anywhere from relaxing Swedish techniques to deeper, therapeutic pressure.  I offer Himalayan Salt Stones and a fabulous line of CBD products to enhance your experience.  I also offer a blend of massage and Reiki if you would like to incorporate the two into a treatment or have a stand-alone Reiki session.
