With nearly three decades of experience in the healing arts, I offer a highly personalized approach to therapeutic massage and bodywork, combining advanced technical knowledge, intuitive touch, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of every client I serve.

My journey began in 1998 when I graduated from the Orlando Institute of Massage as a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist. Over the years, my practice has included chiropractic care, private outcall services, chair massage, and five-star luxury day spas. In 2002, I established my own outcall practice in Orlando, where my clientele included prominent professionals and members of the entertainment industry. In 2003, I was honored to be recognized among the Top Five Massage Therapists in Central Florida by the CHLA committee, a distinction I maintained until relocating to Arizona in 2007.

My dedication to the healing arts continued to expand. I became a licensed aesthetician in 2016 and returned to massage school from 2019–2020 to further refine and refresh my clinical knowledge, earning my current massage and bodywork licensure in 2020.

Today, my work integrates sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, energy work, and Esalen-inspired bodywork into an experience that is both deeply therapeutic and exceptionally personal. No two bodies are alike, and no two sessions should be either. I carefully listen to each client and thoughtfully tailor every treatment according to their individual needs, goals, comfort, and preferences. I also am a Cryotherapy technician, using an America Cryo Subzero device for wellness and recovery.

My philosophy is rooted in integrity, compassion, discretion, and service. I believe therapeutic touch should be provided within an environment of complete professionalism, respect, safety, and trust. My clients can expect attentive care, uncompromising boundaries, and a tranquil experience designed to help the body release accumulated tension and restore a sense of balance.

My work is ultimately an expression of my calling to serve others. I consider it a privilege to use my hands, knowledge, intuition, and experience to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies, more restored in their lives, and more connected to their own sense of well-being.
