I am Jimmy Duke, M.S., LMT.  I have been a life long athlete and coach; with that, a student of human movement and physiology for more than 25 years.  I was a very competitive track and field athlete in high school and college and later went on to be a national level Olympic weightlifter.  I have coached track and field at the college level and have coached some of the most talented youth, junior, senior and masters weightlifters in the country.  My undergraduate and Masters education is in biomechanics and exercise physiology.  I completed my massage education at The Healing Arts Center, where I completed a 625 hour program that included a lot of massage technique training with a lot of anatomy and physiology education.
