My name is Sophia and I help those who are depleted find the reset they need. In the words of my teacher: when you free tissue, you free energy. 

I am the owner and sole practitioner of Lullaby Bodywork llc. My practice includes a variety of modalities that can be combined into one session or booked separately. Therapeutic Massage: Massage sessions with me are both therapeutic and relaxing. My training is in clinical and relaxation massage, somatics for the female nervous system, energy work, and yoga instruction. I draw from all of these when I work. I also hold board certification through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. 

Fire Cupping: Cupping has a range of benefits, notably, fascial release and muscle relaxation, detoxification, support for internal organs, and energetic re-alignment. This treatment can be incorporated into your massage or booked as a separate treatment.

Lymphatic Drainage: This type of bodywork is a light-pressure, rhythmic technique that flushes the lymphatic system of stagnant fluid. It is great for overall detoxification or can be used to treat certain types of edema such as post-op or injury related.
