Your therapist is trained to reduce your pain and discomfort using a variety of techniques including relaxation, specific deep tissue/ trigger point therapy, cupping and more to reach your goals without additional pain along the way. Together we can help you reach your goal of living healthy and staying engaged in your daily life activities.

Craniosacral Therapy and Energy Work: are both non-invasive, gentle, hands-on approaches with techniques that focus on unwinding and restoring balance of the cranial rhythm, cerebral spinal fluid, and fascia within the body.

Anna works with your subtle energy field. The modalities she uses help facilitate balance within the nervous system. A typical session involves the unwinding of tension and trauma, and unique subtle movements to assist specific areas in need of stability (myofascial unwinding and release)
Anna's techniques are used to help your body feel relaxed, at ease, and release restrictions. Her intention is to support your individual bodily function for your individual needs. Each session will differ depending on your distinct needs at that time.
