Hannah is very passionate about the health benefits that accompany massage and continues to learn new techniques to better serve her clients and improve her own self care. She is experienced with a wide variety of massage styles including deep tissue, therapeutic, energy (Reiki III), myofascial, reflexology, trigger point therapy, acupressure, and more. Through all this, she is most passionate about healing with the goal of educating to empower clients, so they have the tools and awareness to take control and create their own wellness. Some examples of conditions that benefit - and may even go into remission - from massage include carpal tunnel symptoms, sciatica, chronic pain, headaches, plantar fasciitis, low back pain, upper back/neck pain, frozen shoulder, depression, anxiety, neuropathy, TMJ dysfunction, degenerative disk disease, improves circulation and lymph flow.
