Stacy Hohman is a Louisiana native that fell in love with the Upper Peninsula, where she spent her childhood summers. Her family moved to the U.P. permanently in 1985, so only on rare occasions is there any trace of her original accent. However, she still carries Louisiana in her heart, so that is why she chose “Fleur de Lis” (\flər-də-ˈlē\) as the name of her massage business. That French monarch symbol is known to represent perfection, light and life and is seen throughout the state. Becoming a massage therapist was something that Stacy often thought of for the past 25 years. Her aunt, who practices in Louisiana, was the inspiration and has helped guide her along her journey. Stacy has a unique approach to massage in that she provides a medical massage integrated with relaxation. She enjoys finding specific areas of concern and uses a multitude of different modalities to address them including: Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, ACE Cupping, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Dry Cupping, Reiki, Active and/or Passive Stretching, and the AromaTouch Technique. She lets the body lead her where the work needs to focus, along with client input. Stacy resides in Skandia with her husband and two daughters, along with 2 dogs and various other farm animals.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
