Hi, I’m Kelsey Dale—licensed massage therapist, fascia decoder, and creator of the Somatic Blueprint. After nearly a decade of working hands-on with thousands of clients, I started to see patterns the textbooks never taught me. I saw how pain follows emotion. How trauma embeds itself in tissue. How fascia holds onto memories long after the mind has “moved on.” And how real healing doesn’t happen on a schedule—it happens when the body feels safe enough to release. That realization sent me down a rabbit hole of research, trial-and-error, self-experimentation, and deep somatic exploration. What emerged was the Somatic Blueprint—a system I created to help people map out where they’re holding tension (physically and emotionally), understand why, and learn how to gently release it through bodywork, energy shifts, and nervous system support. This work is a blend of manual therapy, intuitive guidance, emotional processing, and energetic rebalancing. It’s not your typical massage—but it might be exactly what your body has been asking for.
