Manual therapy is massage with movement. A soft hand technique that reduces pain, increases range of motion, and normalizes soft tissue. Soft hand does not mean light pressure, instead you will find that moving the body into positions where the muscle is shortened allows my hand to work deeper at the origin and insertion of each muscle.
