My approach to massage therapy is grounded in the belief that physical and mental health are deeply interconnected and strongly influenced by lifestyle. Over the years, I have seen how daily habits, movement, stress-management, and self-care practices can profoundly shape a person’s overall well-being. This understanding guides my work and allows me to approach each client with a perspective that honors the person as a whole.
My professional journey began as a personal trainer, where I developed a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and client care. In this role, I witnessed not only the physical benefits of exercise, but also the mental and emotional resilience that comes from building a healthier relationship with the body. This insight inspired my progression into massage therapy, offering me the opportunity to support recovery in a more hands-on and restorative way.
Currently, I am continuing to expand my knowledge through the RN program at SMCC. This next step reflects my commitment to broadening my scope of practice and deepening my ability to work with individuals across the spectrum of physical and mental health needs. I believe that integrating my background in fitness, massage therapy, and nursing will allow me to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and effective care.
