Appointments booked at off-times will be adjusted to the nearest available hour. You’ll receive an updated confirmation via text/email if this occurs. It's best to stick to the times listed above. *Opt-in for appointment reminders to keep on track. 

This is a structured, professional practice designed for clients who value consistency, respect for time, and clear communication.

Booking & Payment

• All appointments are reserved through the online booking system
• A valid card on file is required to book
• All sessions are paid prior to start time (including cash and gift cards)
• Sunday appointments are offered at a 20% increased rate (gratuity included). Monday-Saturday we are non-gratuity.  

• Each client must book under their own account (no matter the occasion/circumstance)
(Gift sessions can be purchased via e-gift card or arrange payment in advance)

Before Your Appointment

• A one-time intake form will be sent to your email after booking (check spam) and must be completed prior to arrival
• Future visits will not require additional forms

Arrival & Studio Etiquette

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early (restroom/payment/session plan)
• Late arrivals may shorten your session
• Keep voices low—sessions may be in progress
• Shoes are removed before entering the studio

Cancellations

• 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations will be charged in full

If a same-day appointment appears, it is available to book immediately.
