*I have alot of people ask me about pressure. Deep tissue is a mis-nomer. One persons deep tissue is anothers soft and relaxing pressure. It all depends on how tight your muscles are and/or how dehydrated you are. 

*During sessions, I talk about no more than 5 lbs of pressure. In massage therapy , 5 lbs of pressure refers to very light, gentle touch. It feels like the weight of a coin resting on or sliding across the skin,
