Aloha & Welcome! My name is Sara and I’m the owner of Ebb & Flow Bodywork by Sara. This is a home-based practice offering professional, therapeutic massage & bodywork. I specialize in pain relief and mental well-being. 

I’m trained & skilled in Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Pre-Post Natal / Infant Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Cupping Therapy, and IASTM (Scraping). My sessions are tailored to your unique needs, blending a variety of modalities to create a custom experience just for you.

I received my education from Hawaii Massage Academy in Honolulu, HI & graduated in 2022. I started my solo massage practice in Hawaii as well as working part time at a Spa for almost 2 years before moving back to my hometown of Southampton, Massachusetts. I rebranded & opened my bodywork practice here in September 2024.
