Welcome to my massage practice

All of my bodywork has origins in Deep Tissue, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Myofacial Release, Energy and Structural Integrations.  I learned these stylings at the Hawaiian Islands School of Massage in 2008 and began my studies in Vermont in 2006.  

I have more recently become certified in Prenatal Massage (2nd and 3rd Trimester), Myofascial Cupping, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage.  I am actively studying a Gua Sha certification course as well as vibrational and frequency healing.
