For nearly two decades, I’ve had the honor of helping people through massage. Since 2006, I’ve blended techniques like trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and lymphatic massage to ease aches, release tension, and create space for peace.

With the gentle support of red light therapy, hot stones, or cupping, your session becomes more than bodywork, it’s an invitation to pause, rest, and restore.

Using HSA/FSA Cards

I gladly accept HSA or FSA cards for your massage session, be sure to confirm your plan covers massage therapy. Please be advised HSA/FSA cards cannot cover gratuity.

Designed to make self-care simple, accessible, and rewarding. Members enjoy a discounted rate on all sessions, with every add-on included at no extra charge. Plus, receive 10% off any additional sessions booked within the month.

Unused sessions roll over, so you never lose your credit—they can be used later at your convenience. Memberships renew automatically one month after purchase, but monthly memberships can be paused anytime by emailing me.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Life happens, so if you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us time to rebook the session.

If you are sick or are caring for someone who is sick, we can absolutely reschedule when you are well & have the space and time to relax.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost. 

A No-Show is added to the appointment for anyone who has not called, text, or shown up for the scheduled appointment within 15 minutes of the start time. A No-show Fee of 100% of the price of the appointment will be applied to the clients account and is due upon receipt.

A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment.
