I’m Carmello Arredondo, a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to creating an unparalleled, restorative experience for every client. I graduated from Indiana Wellness College, with a diploma in Medical & Sports Massage, and have honed my skills working in one of the top spas in the United States, with a strong focus on deep relaxation and stress relief. In addition to advanced massage training, I maintain current CPR certification, underscoring my commitment to client safety and well-being. I am also a proud professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), the nation’s largest massage organization, dedicated to advancing the highest standards of practice, ethics, and client care.

Arrival Time & Intake Form

Intake forms will be emailed in advance for your convenience and can be completed prior to your appointment. If you forget to fill them out beforehand, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, to allow time to complete your intake form. This form must be filled out before your session begins, and arriving early ensures you receive your full massage time without interruptions. Printed Intake forms will always be available in the spa waiting area for you to fill out while you wait for your appointment. Complimentary bottled waters are available for your comfort in the spa waiting lounge upon arrival.

My spa suite is located within the dedicated spa area of Salon Lofts, with its own private entrance that opens into a serene spa waiting lounge. This design keeps the space entirely separate from the busier salon environment, allowing it to remain quiet, secluded, and intentionally calming. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed into a tranquil retreat that sets the tone for your session before it even begins.

Your health, safety, and comfort are always my top priority. My treatment room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between clients, with fresh linens and carefully disinfected surfaces prepared for every session. This ensures that every massage takes place in a space that is not only relaxing and luxurious, but also immaculately maintained for your peace of mind. 

Booking & Communication

To ensure every guest enjoys an uninterrupted and tranquil experience, I do not answer calls while in session. The quickest way to reach me is by text, as I can respond between appointments. Clients may also book directly through my online booking system, accessible via my website. 

Business Cards & Referrals 

For your convenience, I now offer a digital business card that can be easily texted, shared, or saved directly to your phone. This makes it effortless to share Synergy Spa & Wellness with friends, family, or colleagues—referrals are always deeply appreciated. I also keep beautifully designed physical business cards in the spa for those who prefer a traditional keepsake. Cancellation Policy

Your time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your schedule and mine, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full value of the scheduled service. This ensures that the time reserved for you is honored and allows me to provide the highest level of care to all clients. 

Right to Refuse Service 

Your comfort, safety, and well-being are my top priorities. For this reason, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in circumstances where a client’s behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful. Services may also be declined if recent medical procedures or health conditions make massage inadvisable. In such cases, the full session fee will still apply. 

I am committed to maintaining an environment of respect and care, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, identity, religion, or orientation.

Massage Services for Minors

For the comfort and safety of all clients, massage sessions are available for minors ages 15 and older. A parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for the entire duration of the session, and written consent may be required prior to the appointment.
