Dear A Focused Touch friends and patrons,

First, I want to thank each and every one of you for your patience, kindness and encouragement during the changes over the last several months. I’ve already told many of you, but the people of Greenfield have been the absolute best clients of my 11+ years as a massage therapist. Thank you for being you!

I just wanted to update you on some changes that need to happen due to things out of my control. I am now the only massage therapist in the building accepting bookings. I will continue to honor gift cards, credits and packages beyond the new year, however I need to change how I accept them. I want to ensure that I am doing all that I can to be fair to you as well as myself and my family.

With that being said, roughly 50% payment of all services will be expected until balances are dissolved. Meaning, if you book a 60 minute service ($95), but have a gift card with $200, you will need to pay $45 and the $50 difference will come from your balance with A Focused Touch. When booking online, you MUST make it known that you will be using any form of payment previously made to A Focused Touch. I have a master list that shows all purchases going back to July of 2024. Anything purchased before that will not be honored.  
All online bookings will require 50% payment at time of booking.

I know that there are many who have not redeemed their gift cards and credits and I want to give everybody a chance to do so. This change will go into effect as of DECEMBER 1, 2025. If you are already booked and you intend on using anything previously purchased from A Focused Touch, this does not apply to you however, PLEASE reach out to me to let me know that you are using that.

I know this is not ideal however this is the best solution I could come up with after much prayer and thought. If anybody has any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
