Massage has always been apart of me. I've helped friends and family well before I knew what massage therapy was. I am trained in Integrative Swedish, so my massage will incorporate Swedish fundamentals but also will flow out to other styles as the work deems necessary. My style tends to provide Range of Motion benefits but in a more relaxed paced, I am known for going deep but can always pull back as needed.  I'm excited to help folks live without pain and learn about their body alongside with them!
